Water: They like damp soil but do not allow the plant to sit in water or in very wet soil. Think, often to water but in little increments situation.

Light: Lots of diffused light but direct sunlight will cause the leaves to fade and lose their markings.

Humidity: They like a humid environment and brown leaf tips mean that humidity is too low.

Temperature: A bout 20 degrees C.
