The high-quality V-Hobel vegetable slicer is equipped with a very sharp, V-shaped blade made of stainless steel and enables effortless, fast and noiseless cutting and slicing of fruit and vegetables. The cutting thickness can be adjusted as desired from 1-3 mm using the wheel in the handle. The enclosed scrap holder ensures safe cutting without risk of injury.
