A thoughtful gift or maybe a bathroom upgrade for yourself, either way our new face cloths will enhance any morning or evening routine.

A good face cloth helps remove dirt, makeup, and impurities from the face more thoroughly than using hands alone. Use with your favourite facial cleanser or plain water to leave skin feeling fresh and clean.

Our take on the classic, five-star hotel face cloth. We finish with an understated 1" band top and bottom. This stops uneven shrinkage caused when larger bands are woven further up the cloth. Five-star luxury at home.

CRUNCHY OR SOFT: Prefer crisp towels? Line dry. Prefer soft? Use a dryer — front loaders in particular make towels crunchy without tumble drying. For best absorbency, soak new towels in cold water for 24 hours before first wash.

LINTING: Low-twist towels like ours balance softness, absorbency, and lint. e.g. Zero twist = more lint. Double twist = less lint but less absorbent. Low twist (ours) = just right. Tumble dry for the first 4–5 washes to remove loose fibres; skipping this extends the linting period.

SOFTENERS: Never use fabric softener — it causes pilling, coats fibres in silicone, and makes towels repel water. It also lingers in your machine clogging pipes. Plumbers hate it - avoid!

Colours: White towels feel better and absorb more water for longer compared to coloured towels, particularly dark or bright colours. We use the same colours across our range but colours can vary slightly run-to-run , especially when comparing new items with used items (New Zealand sun, washing and general wear ). We also do our very best to accurately represent colours on our website but due to differences in screens, screen-types and operating systems , colours may vary.

Loose/Pulled Threads: Terry towels sometimes have loose threads or a pulled thread. Please trim with scissors to 3mm, not to the end of the thread.
