Dosage:
- Mixing: Add Veg-1 to water first, stir thoroughly, then add other additives.
- Seedlings/cuttings: ~3.5 ml per litre (or 0.7–1.3 g per litre for powder).
- Vegetative/Flowering: Typical dose is 4.5–7.0 ml/L depending on stage.

Maintenance:

Soil/Coco: Flush the medium with plain water every 1–2 weeks.

Recirculating systems: Check pH and EC daily; replace nutrient solution every 7–10 days.

Q: Do I need Cal-Mag if I use Veg-1?
A: Generally no. Veg-1 is formulated so that in many cases (especially with the FloraMax Flowering Enhancer), growers can avoid using separate Cal-Mag.
Q: Are 2-Part Nutrients better than 1-Parts?
A: 2-part nutrients have historically been superior to 1-parts. However, the new technology being incorporated into FloraMax Veg-1 produces superior flower quality and faster floral transition compared to VegaFlora A&B and other popular 2-parts. Veg-1 is also cleaner, more pH stable, and is far easier to use. As an indication, most of the commercial growers running FloraMax now use Veg-1 in preference to VegaFlora A&B, or other 2-part alternatives.

Q: Can I use Veg-1 for the entire grow, including flowering?
A: Yes Veg-1 is designed to be a seed-to-harvest nutrient. You can add PK additives during flowering instead of switching base nutrients.
