Juniper, Coriander Seed, Bay Leaf & Lemon.

The Bay is a back-to-basics gin and one of our Working Title gins. Citrus and complex herbal notes predominate. Juniper and Coriander are macerated in our base spirit before final infusion with Bay Leaf and Lemon to create The Bay Gin. Complex and herbal with a bright citrus finish. Equally delicious alone on ice or paired with soda or a dry tonic.

The 700ml The Bay Gin is packaged in a ClimatePartner certified carbon neutral bottle made from 70% recycled glass. These bottles are perfect for reuse in your own kitchen or pantry and come with a fully recyclable Vinolok glass stopper.

About
It began with a rant over coffee between friends about the tonnes of bakery products ending up in Dunedin landfill. The question arose, ‘Could we make alcohol from bread?’.

Dunedin Craft Distillers brew and distill delicious spirits from surplus bread. Each 700ml bottle saves roughly three loaves of bread from waste. All our spirits are proofed with rainwater harvested from Mount Cargill.
