Fenugreek seed has been trusted by traditional midwives and doulas for centuries to support healthy and abundant lactation throughout the breastfeeding period. Stress and fatigue can challenge breastfeeding mums milk flow, and that’s where Fenugreek can help. Fenugreek is a source of vitamins B, C, and beta-carotene (a precursor to vitamin A), supporting healthy breastmilk composition and volume. Fenugreek supports mucus membrane function and balanced digestion for mum and baby. It’s high soluble fibre content and mucilage properties also provide gentle support for easy bowel elimination. Organic Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) seed 1,170 mg. Other ingredients: Vegetable glycerin, water and vegan capsule (hypromellose).
