Naturally rich in plant compounds called catechins, one of the most antioxidant-dense teas, containing more activity than vitamins C and E. It is also a natural source of antioxidant compounds called polyphenols with a specific subset of compounds known collectively as catechins that include: epigallocatechin (EGC), epicatechin (EC), epigallocatechingallate (EGCG), and epicatecatechingallate (ECG).
