This trade-up promotional offer is available between 2pm NZDT Tuesday 28 Oct – 11.59pm NZDT Monday 8 December 2025, while stocks last and is not available in conjunction with any other offer. This offer is available to any customer who trades in an eligible existing Thermomix® model and purchases a new Thermomix® TM7. Only one appliance can be traded in per TM7 order. The Thermomix® TM7 has a retail value of $2,849, although the purchase price will be tiered and based on the corresponding buy-back amount of the eligible traded-in appliance. These buy-back amounts are listed alongside the eligible models at www.thermomix.co.nz/pages/trade-up. This offer is not available to Consultants joining under any EARN program, and the direct debit payment method is not applicable. The new TM7 will not be processed for dispatch until the eligible traded-in appliance has been returned to, and scanned by, New Ze aland Post using the supplied return label. If this does not occur w ithin 10 business days of purchase, the TM7 order will be automatically cancelled for a refund. See website for current delivery timeframes.
