Maltodextrin 17-19 DE - Certified Food Grade

 

Maltodextrin is a non-fermentable sugar used in small quantities to add flavour, body, mouthfeel and stabilise the head to a brewed products.

This product is rated 17-19 DE (Dextrose Equivalents), which is a measure it its sweetness relative to Dextrose (Glucose).

Maltodextrin is also useful as an emulsion stabiliser, gives a soft, powdery skinfeel and also ameliorates the effects of AHA-based skincare products, especially for those with sensitive skin.
