A must have at Christmas time quince paste is great on a cheese board with a blue or aged cheese it is perfect for the festive season and makes a great Christmas present for the foodie in your life. Floral with a hint of rose this paste has a lovely consistency. These preserves are hand-crafted and made in small batches.The seasonal produce is grown here in Northland and is Spray-free or organic where possible.Made with un-refined organic sugar and I make the Kombucha and Cider vinegars used in the preserves. They are suitable for vegetarian, gluten free and vegan diets.
