"80% Pinot, 20% Chardonnay, no malo, RS 4 g/l.
A riper, almost honeyed breadth starting to show on the nose. Creamy, lees texture, rich and mouth-filling, with fine mousse and drinking perfectly now. Almost a savoury note on the finish thanks to the lees depth." (JH)
