Champagne BRICE is an independent and family Champagne House based in Bouzy, in the heart of Champagne. It operates 12 hectares of vines , including 8 hectares in Bouzy Grand Cru.

The vineyards are In Bio conversion since 2020 and awarded the High Environmental Value label (HEV3). Annual production is approximately 100,000 bottles.

70% Pinot Noir 30% Chardonnay.
Vineyards: Bouzy; Les Corvees, & Les Pierres, Loches sur Ource; Le Montaigu

Base wine 35% Reserve wines (in 228L barrels (used))

Vinification: No malolactic fermentation, matured in botlle on lees for 3 yrs
Dosage: 5g/L (low end of the Brut scale)

BV: Delicious, weighted and mouth-filing, creamy nuances and very well balanced, complex and long finish!. and as we always say. Out of a Magnum these characters are beautifully amplified. Well worth getting!
