This spray-free coriander can be grown in both spring and autumn (where it's not too chilly). Sow your seeds in a tray then transplant into the garden one month later when there's little shoots.
During hot weather, snip off flowers to direct energy into the leaves and plant in a shadier spot so the coriander doesn't bolt - no worries if it does - you can collect the seed heads and have a perpetual supply!
