Our handcrafted cheese knife, the perfect companion for any cheeseboard. A serrated stainless steel blade that glides cleanly through soft and hard cheeses alike, paired with a beautifully turned wooden handle made right here in New Zealand.

The handle has been crafted from locally salvaged wood which would otherwise become waste and go to landfill. Each handle is completely unique - carrying with it the history and character of its past life. No two are ever the same.

Simple to care for - hand wash only, keep out of the dishwasher, and oil the handle regularly to keep the wood in top condition.
