Past Event: Winemakers Dinner: Celebrate 20 Vintages of Paul Pujol with Prophet's Rock.

This year marks Paul’s 20th vintage in Central Otago. To celebrate it properly, we’ll be tasting through a selection of library releases dating back to 2013. Wines with time behind them, stories in them, and while softly spoken, Paul always has plenty of insight and knowledge to share.

This is a not-to-be-repeated experience across Paul's specialty, Alsatian whites and Pinot Noir expertly matched to a degustation-style tasting menu by Executive Chef Ryan Moore.
We’ll start with canapés on arrival, then settle in for plated courses that pair with the wines. If you haven't experienced the Private Dining Room in action, the kitchen is right there in front of you. Intimate, immersive, a little bit theatrical, exactly how we like to do these evenings.
