A Nest or Invest apartment build designed to honour the original homestead that it will share the space with. The 22 apartment complex will include shared office space and revamping the exisiting heritage homestead to a local cafe and restaurant.

Nest of Invest engaged us to create a brand identity and design direction for marketing materials for presale tools. We created a logomark base around the ‘C’ of Coronoation Road and water ripples in reference how will become the hub of the local community. A wood grain graphic element and earthy tones are added to reflect the interior and exterior designs of the building.

The result is a sophisticated, cohesive solution that effectively unites the plan and vision of the development.
