Jean Josselin Cuvée des Jean Extra-Brut NV

Made from 100% Pinot Noir and aged for two years on the lees, this is elegant and delicately fragrant on the nose showing white stone fruit, fresh apple and citrus characters with gentle yeasty notes. The palate is fine and focused, and displays linear mouthfeel and bright acidity, leading to a fabulous long, crisp finish. A gorgeous aperitif style.
