COLOUR: A lovely light salmon pink.

NOSE AND PALATE: Pristine and instantly appealing with red apple, apricot, lemon zest and sweet strawberry aromas. This wine is delightfully light on its feet offering juicy fruit flavours with refreshing acidity, making it delectable and highly enjoyable.

REGION: 100% Waipara, North Canterbury

WINEMAKING: The fruit was harvested at maximum flavour as assessed through frequent tasting in the vineyard by the winemaker. A process of cold settling to clarify the juice took place and was then fermented at low temperatures to optimise the preservation of the aromatics. A balanced amount of residual sugar was left in the wine to complement the acidity and to add palate weight and structure.
