Method: Fermentation in stainless steel vats at low temperature to enhance the aromas.

Tasting Notes: This wine is p ink to light salmon in colour. The nose demonstrates the delicacy of the Aragonez variety and the intensity of the Syrah. It presents notes of cherry, flowers and gooseberries. When tasted the intensity of each variety comes through with fresh red fruit and ripe lime. It presents good freshness, volume and a creamy texture.
