Jupiter Comet Tone Capacitors are a paper in mineral oil cap, & are authentically built to the original 1940s specs. True hermetically sealed cases with mineral oil impregnation construction. Mineral oil is often characterized as a more rounded and warm character, with a smoother, even sound when rolled right back.

Available in three different values:

- .015µF for a slightly brighter response, great for retaining clarity on a neck tone control on a Humbucker or P90 Pickup.
- .022µF, for a great all-round response. Commonly used for Humbuckers & P90 Pickups paired with a 500-550K Potentiometer
- .047µF, a deeper, darker response, best suited to single coil pickups and pairing with a 250-275K tone Potentiometer.
