Useage

- Recommended Use
450 ml - 750 ml per hour during extended exercise.
- Directions
Mix contents of sachet / 5 level scoops with 250 ml of water and shake well. Add an additional 200 ml - 500 ml of water and shake well. Let sit for 10 minutes before use. Race Fuel can be mixed to your preferred consistency; however we recommend 750 ml.
