Favero ASSIOMA PRO MX-2 (MTB & Gravel power sensor on both pedals)

Favero Assioma PRO MX-2 Dual-Sided MTB & Gravel Power Meter Pedals

The Favero Assioma PRO MX-2 is the dual-sided version of Favero’s off-road power meter pedal system, built for gravel, MTB XC, cyclocross and cross-country riding.

Unlike the MX-1, which measures from the left pedal only, the MX-2 has power sensors in both pedals. That means you get true left/right power measurement, better pedalling data, and a clearer picture of what’s actually happening on the bike.

If you’re training seriously, racing, coming back from injury, or just like proper numbers instead of guesswork, this is the more complete option.

Not sure which Favero pedals are right for you?

Still unsure? Get in touch before ordering and we’ll help you choose the right option. Why we like them

The Assioma PRO MX-2 pedals give you proper dual-sided power data without needing to change your crankset, bottom bracket or drivetrain setup. Install them like normal pedals, pair them to your bike computer or training app, and you’re good to go.

They’re SPD-compatible, rechargeable, waterproof rated to IP67, and built for the sort of riding where pedals actually cop a bit of abuse — gravel, mud, rough tracks, CX courses and winter training rides.

Favero has kept the electronics tucked inside the pedal axle, which is exactly where you want them: protected, tidy, and not hanging off the outside waiting to be smacked by a rock. MX-2 or MX-1?

Choose the MX-1 if you want reliable power data at a lower price and you’re happy with single-sided measurement.

Choose the MX-2 if you want true dual-sided measurement, left/right balance, and more complete pedalling data from both legs. Best for

Welcome flyer Trev’s take

The MX-2 is the one to go for if you want the full picture. Same easy pedal-based setup as the MX-1, but with proper dual-sided data so you can see what both legs are doing. Handy for training, racing, tracking balance, or just knowing your power numbers are coming from both sides — not one pedal doin
