This glaze has a deep, rich flavour and is perfect to use on salads, mozzarella and fresh tomatoes. As it is sweeter and thicker than balsamic vinegar, it enhances the taste of your food. It does contain sugar, though, so it may not be suitable for those watching their sugar intake.
