A bright dry Pet Nat with notes of citrus, stone fruit and ripe red fruit. Crisp, fresh acidity with a long finish. Wine Making:

Pétillant Naturel is an ancestral method of wine making, the wine is bottled and capped while it is still fermenting creating a sparkling wine. Our Rose Pet Nat is Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling base, blended with Pinot Noir. Then fermented dry and disgorged, though some sediment may remain. Further Notes:
