An elegantly structured, complex wine from our Waipara Vineyard. Aged in old oak to allow the honest expression of our fruit. Notes of ripe red fruits and spice with soft tannins. Wine making:

Tussock Hill’s handcrafted expressive wines are unique to the terroir of our vineyards. Our passion for organic farming and viticulture produces fruit of the highest quality and imparts a true reflection of our soils. Our winemakers use minimal intervention in the wine-making process to allow the fruit and terroir to fully express itself. 90% destemmed with 10% whole bunch fermentation using natural wild yeasts to ferment our wine, with minimal sulphites at bottling. Aged in 228L old oak bar.....
