Our comprehensive range of native hinu (oils) are all handcrafted with tikanga and aroha - from harvesting through to packaging, each rākau is processed with meticulous attention and respect. Our hinu contains the leaves, flowers, roots, bark and /or buds of the rākau, slow infused in cold pressed sunflower oil.

Kūmarahou is a vulnerary rongo ā effective for soothing and healing skin irritations, sores, wounds and rashes. Kūmarahou is an important and versatile traditional M ā ori rongo ā that is also used as a general tonic to treat chest complaints; coughs, colds, bronchitis, asthma, arthritis, menstrual pain, blood purification and liver cleansing.

Cold pressed sunflower oil

Glycerine (optional)

Castor Oil (optional)

Glycerine and/or castor oil can be added to your hinu if you prefer this consistency.

Please note we can custom blend oils for you.

A P P L I C A T I O N :

Use for general massage and topical skin application only

Gently rub/spray a small amount of oil onto your skin
