Vac Pack BBQ Beef Brisket (sliced)
Beef brisket, seasoned with our GPS Rub. Tasty bark, glorious smoke ring, tender meat, cooked low and slow over charcoal and wood for 12 hours, then rested, sliced and vac packed to lock in all the moisture and flavour.
500g packs - usually suitable to feed between 3-4 people depending on how hungry you are and what else is on the table!
