DESIGNER WHEAT BAG

Great to ease stress and tension, or soothe aches and pains. Use hot or cold.

Heat by microwaving with a glass of water for 2-2.5 minutes.

Cool by placing inside a plastic bag & putting in the freezer for approx. 45 minutes.
