'Life On Mars' White Blend - 2022

Life on Mars Direct pressed Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Riesling that has been aged in a mixture of old puncheons and stainless steel.
A medium bodied, aromatic white. Floral notes with green apple, pear and a hint of honeysuckle. Slightly oily in mouth-feel with a bright line of acidity cleaning the palate and keeping it fresh.
