Mitred Square Starter Kit

What is a Mitred Square knitted blanket?

It's a type of blanket made by knitting individual squares that are constructed using decreases to create a diagonal, geometric effect. These squares are then joined as you go!
Each square is knit from one edge to the opposite, starting with a larger number of stitches and decreasing in the center to form a “V" or mitered shape down to one stitch.
Our starter kit gets you underway and is enough yarn for approx. 12-15 squares. You can then add yarns from your stash in a matching ply (8ply, DK). Why People Like Mitred Square Blankets:

Scrap-friendly: Great for using up leftover yarn.

No large projects: You work one small square at a time.

Customizable: You can make it as big or small as you like, and use any color scheme.

Textural interest: The geometry creates a striking visual pattern even with simple stitches.

Your kit is carefully packaged and delivered to your door with everything you need to knit your project.
