Serving Suggestion:

Take 1 teaspoon (5g) once or twice daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Mix with water, milk, yoghurt, or sprinkle over room temperature foods. This product contains fibre. Please ensure an adequate intake of fluids.
