Pecan BBQ smoking wood locally sourced from a beautiful stand of trees in Northland. Pecan is a variety of Hickory wood that is known for its incredibly rich, buttery nuts. Flavour-wise, Pecan is stronger than other fruit woods but milder than Hickory.
