Repair services

Our jewellery is thoughtfully designed and crafted with much care & love. However after a handful of years your VANIA jewellery pieces could do with a refresh or might need to be restrung.

Choose from the below options:

- Broken Bracelet: Select if you have a broken bracelet, you have almost ALL the beads and you would like for us to restring it for you put a new logo on it.

- Broken Necklace: Select if you have a broken necklace , you have almost ALL the beads and you would like for us to restring it for you put a new logo, clasp & chain on it.

- Small repair: Select this if the repair is minor.

If you are unsure what to select, simply email us at hola@vaniatruchsess.co.nz with pictures of your VANIA jewellery and we will be happy to assist.

These are the following steps after you add your repair service to your cart:

1. Checkout, select shipping option, enter return address & pay

2. Courier your broken necklace or Bracelet to us.

3. Patiently wait for up to 2 weeks and you will receive your nearly new VANIA jewellery piece in the mail.
