Marie Antoinette Christmas Log
A delightful blend of strawberry and vanilla in every bite. Layers of sponge cake and strawberry coulis, encased in a velvet white chocolate shell. Topped with vanilla cream profiteroles and delicate mascarpone cream piping. Best enjoyed chilled. Serves 5 (or 10 for small petits fours size cuts).
