Bendigo Hills Pinot Gris 2021

Bright, moderate yellow with depth, slightly lighter edged. The nose is full and voluminous, nuances of flint, savoury bread crust melded with honeysuckle and stonefruit. Medium-full bodied, dry to taste, aromas of Nashi pear, apricots entwined with honeysuckle, fennel flower and a hint of flint. The mouthfeel is unctuous and flows with chalky phenolics; acidity is lively, draws a long line to finish. This elegant Pinot Gris possesses ripe fruit and lively acidity on a textural palate.
