Directions -Diffusion: 10 drops, allow 10 minutes, replenish as required. Bath: 10 drops mixed in water. Massage: 10 drops to 1 teaspoon of Absolute Massage Oil (unscented). Compress: Add 5 drops to hot-wet cloth, place over small of back for pain relief or hormone balancing. Or add 5 drops to hot-dry cloth place over small of back, support with hot water bottle and leave as long as possible while resting.
