27 Seconds Pinot Gris

We purposely crop our Pinot Gris grapes low in the vineyard. Meaning the grapes are intense with flavour when it comes to harvest time. This intensity shows through the wine as a beautiful mix of Pear, Honey and Spice.

60% of the wine is aged in oak barrels, which gives the wine a velvet nutty creaminess.
