How it works
Choose 4h or 8h, select your beach & start time, add extras. We set up 15–30 min before; you rock up; we pack down at finish.

Season & hours: 1 Nov–30 Apr · set-ups 9 am–6 pm (enquire outside these dates)

Delivery: Onetangi included; other beaches NZ$100

Access: >200 m carry/steep access may incur NZ$80 surcharge

Weather & safety
Unsafe conditions (sustained wind >25 km/h, heavy rain, thunder, dangerous swell) = reschedule or refund (WBR final say). Lifejackets must be worn on watercraft; under-15s with adult supervision. Enclosed gas BBQs OK; no open fires; follow local alcohol rules.
We handle rental, set-up and pack-down—no event management.
