Built for team days, offsites and larger family groups. The Retreat creates a spacious shaded hub with tidy seating, towels and chilly bins—ideal for presentations, picnic grazing, or a relaxed programme with games and water gear. We handle the logistics so you can host without stress.

How it works
Choose 4h or 8h, set your beach & time, add extras in checkout. We aim to be ready 30 min before; when you’re done, we pack down.

Season & hours: 1 Nov–30 Apr · set-ups 9 am–6 pm (flexible) enquire outside these dates

Delivery: Onetangi included; other beaches NZ$100

Access: >200 m carry/steep access NZ$80 surcharge

Weather & safety
For unsafe forecasts (sustained wind >25 km/h, heavy rain, thunder, dangerous swell), we reschedule or refund—final call by WBR. Lifejackets must be worn on watercraft; under-15s with adult supervision. Enclosed gas BBQs OK; no open fires. Observe local alcohol rules.
Scope reminder: rental, set-up and pack-down only; we don’t manage schedules or vendors.
