Autumn Series - Lunar Vitality Circle

Activate your vitality at the Wellington Apothecary!

We end our Autumn Series with an evening of connection. When we nurture ourselves as the vessel that we are, our vitality is activated, life can flow through us. When we do this in connection with others, we can expand while being grounded. Join us for a balanced mix of somatic micro-practices, seasonal reflection and circle practice.

Herbal tea and chocolate will be shared.

Lucia and Mary (your hosts) are partners in Greaterthan Collective Aotearoa. Their work weaves Lucia’s background in somatic coaching, self-leadership accompaniment and hosting, together with Mary’s experience in hosting, facilitation and coaching. They frequently host retreats together as spaces that support you to access your inner wisdom and connect with your inner voice.
