This large stunning New Zealand Pounamu Manaia Necklace Necklace is approx 85mm x 45mm on with a thick braided waxed cord with adjustable slip knots.

This pendant has a polished finish and is a mid green colour.

The Manaia is a mythological creature in Māori culture, and is usually depicted as having the head of a bird and the tail of a fish or serpent. The Manaia symbol is used as a guardian against evil.
