100mm Elastic Rubber Castor - Swivel Plate & Brake - 200kg Capacity

LKB100/P-TB Castor has a heavy duty pressed steel frame - zinc plated, twin head race ball bearings with a swivel head seal and a plate mount. Smooth swivelling action, minimum swivel head play and smooth rolling characteristic leading to increased service life due to the special dynamic Blickle riveting process.

The brake is a total brake, meaning it locks both the wheel & the swivel function at the same time. The large steel brake pedal allows for easy on/off operation.

The 100mm blue elastic rubber wheel is a non-marking solid rubber on a impact resistant Nylon 6 rim with a internal ball bearing. The elastic rubber is vulcanised to the wheel centre resulting in an inseparable connection. This wheel also has a very high resistance to chemicals, except oils. These elastic rubber wheels ensure great floor preservation, low noise operation & are smooth rolling.

These have a weight capacity of 200kg each making them ideal for warehouse trolleys, transport boxes/equipment, industrial equipment and applications that have to go over bumpy/uneven floors.

These castors are ideal for applications that have to go outdoors & then indoors, they wont bring in stones/chips/debris and deposit it inside, the resilient rubber repels these pieces.
