Sherwood Estate Stoney Range Sauvignon Blanc 750ml

A slow cool fermentation is carried out over three weeks with the aim of retaining as much of the delicate floral, herbaceous fruit flavours as possible. Once completed the wine remains in tank with the yeast lees for a further three months. The wine has a medium bodied dry finish with typical abundant herbaceous tropical characters.

Tasting Notes
This Sauvignon Blanc is crafted in an exuberantly fruity style, making it the perfect accompaniment to a variety of food styles. Displaying aromatic gooseberry, guava and passionfruit notes, the palate is crisp, tangy and refreshing with a lengthy, citrus finish.
