Gonzalez Byas Elegante Fino Sherry 750ml - Spain

Born in Spain, sherry goes back a few thousand years. It is made primarily from the Palomino grape, fortified with grape brandy and classed as a fortified wine.

TASTING NOTES
Elegante Fino is a young Fino bright pale golden in colour. On the palate crisp and dry with a floral pear character and subtle clean taste.
