This 2023 edition of the 16 Year Old Kilkerran has been aged in 60% ex-sherry casks, 35% ex-bourbon, and 5% ex-rum casks.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Starts with notes of Iberico ham, tinned pineapple, green apples and demerara sugar.

Taste: Coastal, maritime character — like seaside and shingle beaches — with hints of lemon yoghurt, ground pepper, and a subtle peat smoke.

Finish: Fresh and lingering, with peat-smoke influence ending in notes of toasted marshmallows.
