Made from the Glera grape (the same as Italian Prosecco) in the Charmat method (the same as Italian Prosecco) which, for you wine geeks out there, is a secondary fermentation in stainless steel tank rather than the bottle like Methode Traditionelle.

TASTING NOTES

Aromas and flavours of apples and lemon, some grapefruit and fine lees impact. Crisp and just dry with flavours of apples and citrus, a touch of lees texture and bread, effervescent, fruity and crisp. A balanced wine with a ready to drink quality, persistent flavours and finish.
