Meteoro Espadin Mezcal 50ml

Mezcal Meteoro is made from 100% agave espadin, which plays a fundamental part in the characteristics of the final product. Our agave hearts are cooked in an earthen pit for over a week. They are then crushed with a round stone, drawn by a mule on a “tahona. " Our mezcal is naturally fermented and double distilled for rich character.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Lush agave-forward nose with notes of vanilla, honey, baking yeast and dill.

Palate: Sweetness of roasted agave is balanced by peppery, chalky and salty notes.

Finish: Lingering and warm finish.

Abv: 45%
