The Sparkling Moscato is delicate and fresh and a great way to get any dinner party occasion off and running. With food, it is fantastic with a plate of light cheese like camembert or brie and thin slices of apple and pear. For something savoury try it with a Thai green curry that is loaded with fresh coriander and chilli.
