These 5cm rolls are great for creating a rigid cast. Use Neal cast under padding for a waterproof cast. Comfortable, breathable and compostable.

X-Lite material is the only low temperature thermoplastic made of 100% cotton mesh. Non-toxic and fully sustainable, this material is the kindest to the environment.

The X-lite Plus is similar in strength to the classic and has a soft, polyester fabric surface on one side. Great for a softer, even more comfortable splint.

Quick and easy to form on the patient and offers a comfortable and neat splint.
