Tynn Silk Mohair is a soft and luxurious yarn spun from 57% mohair, 28% silk, and 15% wool. As the lighter version of Sandnes Garn’s popular Silk Mohair, this fine strand is exceptionally versatile. Used on its own in one or more strands, it creates airy, feather-light garments with a beautiful halo. When held together with other yarns, it adds both depth and strength, giving your projects a unique and sophisticated finish.

Mohair comes from the long, silky fibers of the Angora goat, renowned for softness and luster. A touch of wool adds elasticity and body, while silk lends strength and shine, holding the fibers together and enhancing the yarn’s durability.
